Interaction Design

Digital solutions for patient and healthcares
Technology now plays a major part in our daily lives. Technological developments are also rapidly succeeding each other in medical care. Digital products and eHealth offer unprecedented challenges to change health care and make things more accessible for people needing or providing care.
Panton develops digital products which can make the difference for both patients and care professionals. We develop these products from the needs of the users and involve them during the entire development process.

The interaction design process
Together with care professionals, patients, their nearest and ICT professionals we try to design successful solutions for user interfaces of apps, websites or other interactive products. We link the needs of the several users to organisation targets and technical conditions to arrive at the best solution.
We support our clients during the entire digital process. From the definition of the product vision, the concept design, the graphical and interactive realisation, to the testing of pre-final and final results. We are also used to work according the Agile Scrum methodology.

Medical app
Apps are increasingly used in health care to support patient and carer. If apps are used for medical purposes such as to make a diagnosis or support treatment it is likely that the app is regarded as a medical app. In that case CE marking is necessary. Already during the interaction design process we consider together with the client whether CE marking will be necessary. And if necessary we involve the right parties.

CE certification for apps
We are happy to share our knowledge on CE certification. In order to help organisations with questions like: “ Is the product we are developing a medical aid?” and: “ In which risk category falls my medical tool?” Panton developed the CE tool as a quite accessible online tool to help businesses on their way regarding the legal rules and regulations on medical aids.
